Sayyid Sayeed gets three standing ovations

Sayyid Sayeed, National Director of the Islamic Society of North America (ISNA), was a featured speaker at the 2011 ELCA Churchwide Assembly in Orlando. He praised the ELCA for fighting against “anti-Muslim bigotry.” He received three standing ovations.sayeed

A new documentary shows that ISNA and other “moderate” Muslim organizations present a façade of being peaceful when, in fact, they harbor more radical goals. The documentary shows Sayeed announcing at the podium at an ISNA meeting: “Our job is to change the Constitution of America.”

In another clip journalist Rod Dreher reports how when he asked Sayeed why certain radical Islamists served on ISNA’s Board, Sayeed shook his fist at Dreher and accused him of anti-Muslim bigotry. Read more here.
