  3. We\u2019re for freedom for the church to vary its structure for the sake of mission.
    \nWe\u2019re against<\/em><\/strong> required structures, including the historic episcopate and congregationalism.<\/li>
    \n\n
  4. We\u2019re for one priesthood of all believers.
    \nWe\u2019re against<\/em><\/strong> giving bishops the exclusive right to ordain.\n<\/li>
    \n
  5. We\u2019re for allowing lay people to preside at communion in regulated situations.
    \nWe\u2019re against<\/em><\/strong> giving clergy the exclusive right to preside at communion.
    \n<\/li>

  6. We\u2019re for moral boundaries based on tough love and reducing harm.
    \nWe\u2019re against<\/em><\/strong> moral relativism.\n<\/li>

  7. We\u2019re for a color-blind church and a church fully open to women and men.
    \nWe\u2019re against<\/em><\/strong> racial and gender quotas.\n<\/li>

  8. We\u2019re for ordaining women because ministry is proclaiming the Word.
    \nWe\u2019re against<\/em><\/strong> \u201cfeminist\u201d theologies because they undermine the Trinitarian identity of God the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.\n<\/li>

  9. We\u2019re for individuals being involved in the political parties of their choice.
    \nWe\u2019re against<\/em><\/strong> the church speaking as a partisan in public policy debates.\n<\/li>
    \n
  10. We\u2019re for proclaiming that the certainty and freedom of salvation rest exclusively on the promises of salvation in Jesus Christ.\n
    We\u2019re against<\/em><\/strong> inferring that the certainty and freedom of salvation are found in any other religion.\n\n<\/li>\n\n<\/ol>\n\n\n
